Hey Rhonda,
I want to thank you for the loan you set us up with 3 years ago. Not being savvy about this type of loan, I was thinking I'd have to refi because it resets beginning April 1. When I called and talked to the lender about it, I was informed that it is taking a 1% jump this year..... to 5.75%, and the most it can go up to for the whole life of the loan is 6.0%, at which point I said, "this is an awesome loan and I have an awesome mortgage broker!". The lady I was speaking to agreed!
YOU ARE AWESOME and I can't thank you enough. I have been praying for a miracle..... and of course God had already made it happen through you!
