My personal goal is to make the home buying process as stress-free as possible. Having a background in real estate, I have seen clients at the closing table stressed because their mortgage company didn't do something right. To me, it is very important to make sure that doesn't happen with my closings.

My career began in 1987 at a Nationally Recognized Century 21 firm.  I was assistant to several Top Producers from 1989 to 1997.  I have also maintained a Florida Real Estate License for over 15 years.  This offers extensive insight and knowledge with reading contracts and the home buying process. 

I started with Pinellas Mortgage when they opened in 1996.  Having previous experience with a large lender, and a lifetime of experience in this industry, I feel a duty to consumers to offer the opportunity to understand their mortgage choices.  I take this very seriously, as it is my job to know what products may be best suited to their needs and to ensure that they are making the educated decisions.

I am currently a State Director as well as the Treasurer for the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers.  I am committed to protecting the mortgage business and the consumers we work for.

My education includes attendance at Bert Rodgers Mortgage Broker and Real Estate School, continuing education in Mortgage Brokering and Florida Real Estate, attendance at FHA, VA and several Mortgage-Related seminars, Title Industry seminars, Tax Return Review seminars, Loan Originating System training, as well as continuously staying current on pending changes that affect the mortgage industry.
